Most gyms sell access. We sell attention. Every hour on our floor has one coach for every four athletes, a program written for your body, and a barbell that gets a little heavier each week. That is the whole method, and it has worked for nine years.
Four ways to train. Every membership has all four.
Your coach decides the mix each block and changes it every four weeks. Nothing on this list is an upsell.

Strength
Squat, hinge, press and pull, coached rep by rep in twelve-week blocks.

Conditioning
Sleds, bikes, rowers and carries. Hard, measured, short enough to repeat tomorrow.

Mobility
Thirty minutes of hips, shoulders and spine so the heavy work keeps feeling good.

Recovery
Quiet floor, foam rollers, breathing and sleep coaching. Rest is programmed, not hoped for.
A floor built for lifting.
Twelve thousand square feet in a converted foundry: eight racks, a forty-yard turf lane, competition plates and more daylight than any gym in town.

How you start.
No contracts to read before you have met a coach. The assessment comes first, every time.
Assessment
Sixty minutes with a coach: a movement screen, a few lifts, your history and what you want from the next year. No sales pitch.

Members, in their words.
Nine years, a few hundred members, and most of them still here. These three said it best.
I came in with a bad back and a lot of fear. Eighteen months later I deadlift 315 and the back is the least of my worries.
Every session is coached. Not watched, coached. Someone fixes my setup before I even feel that it is wrong.
I am 58. This is the first gym where the program was written for my body and not for a 25 year old.
