Three agents. One standard.
Harbor & Pine was started in a two-room office above the Sausalito ferry landing by a broker who had spent twelve years at a large firm and wanted to sell fewer homes, better. The office is still small on purpose. Each of us takes on a handful of clients a season and stays with them to the end.
Theo Castellanos

A former contractor who still reads a house from the crawl space up. Theo works mostly with buyers, and tells them when to wait.

Priya came to Marin from Chicago for a weekend in 2016 and did not go back. She handles most of our relocations and every client who is buying from a distance.
Why a small office
You get the person you hired
The agent who wins your listing writes the pricing memo, runs the showings and sits at the table for the offers. Nobody is handed off.
We say no to listings
Each of us carries a handful at a time. If we cannot give a house the three weeks it deserves, we will tell you and refer you to someone who can.
Fifteen years on the same streets
We know which canyons lose the sun in November, which lanes flood, and which neighbors are about to sell. That is most of the job.
