Everything on the roof, in the garage and in the driveway.

Solar panels, battery storage and EV charging, designed as one system by the crew that will install it. Roof repairs and electrical upgrades included when the house needs them.

Solar panels

Black-on-black panels, rail-less mounting, no visible conduit. The roof looks finished, not fitted.

We use 400 W all-black panels with a 25-year product and performance warranty, mounted on low-profile hardware that bolts straight into the rafters with flashed, sealed penetrations. Wiring runs inside the attic wherever the house allows it, so nothing is clipped to the outside wall.

  • 400 WPer panel, all black, 25-year product and performance warranty
  • 120 mphWind rating, with hail testing to 2 inches for Front Range storms
  • 1 dayTypical install for homes up to 30 panels
  • GroundGround mounts for larger lots, when the roof is shaded or faces the wrong way

Battery storage

Keep the lights on when the grid does not, and use your own midday sunlight after dark.

A home battery stores what the panels make at noon and gives it back in the evening, when utility rates are highest. When the grid drops, backup switches over in under 20 milliseconds, fast enough that the furnace, the fridge and the router never notice. Units stack, so a second one can be added later.

  • 13.5 kWhUsable storage per unit, enough for a typical evening and night
  • 20 msSwitch to backup during an outage
  • 10 yearsBattery warranty, with capacity guaranteed at 70%
  • IndoorGarage or utility room mounting, quiet and sealed

EV charging

Fill the car with yesterday's sunlight, in the garage or on a driveway pedestal.

A Level 2 charger adds around 30 miles of range per hour. We schedule it to run on your midday surplus first, then on the cheapest overnight rate, and we wire it through the same panel upgrade as the solar, so there is one permit and one visit. For driveways without a garage we install a weatherproof pedestal or a solar carport.

  • 30 miOf range added per hour of charging
  • CarportCovered parking that makes its own power, for lots without a usable roof

Roof and electrical prep

We fix what the house needs before a single panel goes on.

Older homes often need a bigger electrical panel or a few repaired shingles before solar makes sense. Our roofers and electricians handle both as part of the same job, so you never have to coordinate two contractors or wait between them. If the roof has less than ten years left, we tell you, and we re-roof the panel area first.

  • 200 AMain panel upgrades, with the utility coordination included
  • RoofingShingle and metal repairs by our own roofers, matched to the existing roof
  • TrenchingConduit to detached garages, barns and ground mounts

Monitoring and care

Every panel reports to our office, every day, for as long as the system runs.

You get an app with panel-level production. We get the same data in the office, with alerts. If a panel drops below its neighbors, we see it and call you. The first ten years include a yearly inspection, a cleaning and a written production report you can keep for the house file or the next buyer.

  • DailyPanel-level monitoring, in your app and in our office
  • YearlyInspection, cleaning and production report, included for ten years
  • 10 yearsProduction guarantee: if the system makes less than we promised, we pay the difference

Questions we get on every first visit.

Does solar work with hail and snow?

Yes. The panels are tested to 2-inch hail at 55 mph, more than most roofs get. Snow slides off the smooth glass faster than off shingles, and the system is sized for the yearly total, so a few white days in January are already counted.

Will it damage my roof?

Every mount is lagged into a rafter and flashed like a plumbing vent. We put the roof and every penetration under our 25-year workmanship warranty. If the roof needs work first, we do it before the panels go on.

What happens during an outage?

Without a battery the system shuts off, as the utility requires. With a battery the house switches to backup in under 20 milliseconds and the panels keep charging it while the sun is up.

How long does the whole thing take?

Survey to switch-on is usually six to ten weeks, most of it waiting on the city and the utility. The install itself is one day for most homes.

Do you sell or lease?

We sell. You own the system from day one, you take the federal tax credit, and the panels add to the value of the house instead of complicating the sale.

What about HOA approval?

Colorado law protects your right to install solar. We write the HOA letter, attach the plans and handle any questions the board sends back.
