Better than factory. Then sealed.

Paint correction, ceramic coating and clear film in Scottsdale, Arizona. Four cars a week, finished in a sealed, filtered bay.

We correct paint by hand, then protect it with ceramic coating and clear film. One bay, four cars a week, and a gloss reading on every panel before the keys come back.

Six layers.
We work on the top three.

Factory paint is thinner than a sheet of paper. We correct the clear coat, then add two layers of our own.

  1. Clear film200 µm

Eight mil of urethane that takes the rock chips and heals light scratches in the sun.

  2. Ceramic coating2 µm

A hard, slick layer bonded to the clear. Water and dirt slide off.

  3. Factory clear coat40 µm

Where swirls and haze live. We level it and take off less than 3 µm.

  4. Base color15 µm

The color. On its own it has almost no shine.

  5. E-coat and primer25 µm

Corrosion protection and an even base, applied at the factory.

  6. Steel panel0.8 mm

The body itself. We never get near it.

Ten years of paint,
one bay at a time.

We keep the studio small on purpose. One car in the bay gets the whole team, and nothing waits outside in the sun.

They found swirl marks I had stopped seeing. Two days later the paint looked deeper than the day I bought the car.

Full front film and a five year coating before a summer of road trips. Bugs and highway sand still wash off in minutes.

Hana walked me around the car with a light and a paint gauge before quoting anything. No upsell, just a plan and a date.

Questions we hear every week

How long will my car be at the studio?

A ceramic coating takes two days, correction and coating three to four, full front film two to three, and full body film five to seven. Every coating spends a night under infrared lamps before it leaves.

Should I get ceramic coating or clear film?

Film stops rock chips and scratches; a coating does not. A coating adds gloss and makes washing easy. Most of our clients put film on the front of the car and a coating on everything, film included.

Do you correct the paint before film or coating?

Always. Film and coatings lock in whatever is under them, so every package starts with at least a one step polish. We measure paint depth first and never take off more than a panel can spare.

Will the film yellow or peel in the Arizona sun?

The films we install are UV stable and carry a ten year warranty against yellowing, cracking, bubbling and peeling. We register the warranty in your name on the day you pick up the car.

How do I wash the car afterwards?

Wait seven days, then hand wash with a pH neutral soap and two buckets. Skip automatic washes with brushes. You leave with an aftercare kit and a printed guide, and maintenance washes are available at the studio.

Do you work on leased cars?

Yes. Film comes off cleanly at the end of a lease and protects the paint you would otherwise pay for at turn in.
