Open today, 12 to 9 pm
Small batches on Orchard Street, made with milk from one farm and fruit at its peak.
We start at six with whole milk from one farm, make small batches, taste every one, and stop scooping when the case is empty. Tomorrow we start again.
How a day goes here
Eight of today's twelve flavors. When one runs out, it is gone until tomorrow, so come early for pistachio.
All twelve flavors
Sicilian pistachios, toasted here, and a pinch of sea salt.
Just whole milk, cream and sugar. The one we judge ourselves by.

Made with water instead of milk, so it is darker and vegan.

Hazelnuts roasted in the morning and ground into a paste.

Strawberries at their peak, a squeeze of lemon, nothing else.

Ripe mangoes and a little lime. Tastes like a beach day.

Lemon zest and juice with fresh mint from our window box.

Late summer blackberries with a few leaves of sage.
Packed to order from the case, pressed down so there is no air, and sealed while you wait.

The pistachio tastes like actual pistachios. We walk over every Friday night.
They let my daughter try four flavors before she picked the first one. Again.
We had the cart at our wedding. Guests still ask about the blackberry and sage.

Weddings, birthdays, office afternoons. We bring the cart, six flavors and two people to scoop, and leave the place cleaner than we found it.
