RIDGEBORN

Packs made for the ridge. Built to be repaired, never replaced.

We build packs in Colorado for people who take the long way around. Every seam is stitched to be opened again, so the pack you buy at twenty is the pack you carry at sixty.

The Ridgeborn 48

One pack.
Built to come back.

Scroll and the pack turns, opens up and shows you every part we can replace.

01

Recycled 420D shell

Woven from 21 recovered bottles and coated without PFAS. Rain beads, dirt brushes off, the color stays.

02

A frame that fits you

Adjustable torso, single aluminum stay and a hipbelt that carries the load so your shoulders do not.

03

Every part replaceable

Straps, buckles, lid and hipbelt ship as spares. Nothing is glued, nothing is welded shut.

04

Repaired in Colorado

Send it in and our shop stitches it back to trail-ready. For as long as you own it.

The repair promise

Repair, not replace.

A torn strap is not the end of a pack. Send it to our shop in Colorado and we stitch, patch and swap whatever gave out. If we cannot fix it, we rebuild it.

  • 01Book a repair online and print the label. Shipping is on us, both ways.
  • 02Our shop opens the seam, replaces the part and closes it with the same thread we build with.
  • 03It comes back trail-ready, with a note on what we did and a spare buckle for the road.
